After a few sessions I managed my first bass of the year on a surface lure a big patch only a little bass but a welcome bass ,
after a slow start to the year on bait and lure I was glad to get off the mark with this little guy , I had my 18 year old nephew with me it was his first time bass lure fishing , i had to show him how to walk the dog etc , we had about 5 hits between us and only one hook up but that’s how it goes , he enjoyed it now he has to get a lure rod .
