Early morning bass

Myself and my 19 year old nephew decided to do an early morning lure session after bass , we started well with 2 bass in the first half hour
then that was it .Ben’s bass was about 43cm and mine was a bit bigger at 48cm , 2 keepers but we put them back .
both were taken on surface lures .

I told him to get down so we didn’t show to much , that bass is about 4/5 times bigger then any he has had , and he caught it on his new savage gear rod ,
