Where do we delivery to?

At the moment we are only delivering hoodies to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Who will delivery my items?

We delivery items using Royal Mail 1st Class Postage, Signed for.

How long will my delivery take?

We post on a Monday and a Thursday. When we get busier, we will increase these postage times. Generally speaking you should receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days from the date you receive your postage confirmation email.

How much does it cost?

Our standard postage charge is £4.99. This just about covers the cost of First Class Signed for and the packaging. We hope to reduce this as we get busier.

Do you offer free postage?

Yes we do! If your order is over £50, we will delivery your items for free.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will send you a postage complete email once the order has been dispatched. This will notify you that your package has been packed and posted and your delivery will be soon.

What if there is a problem with my delivery?

We are reliant upon a third party to deliver our items (Royal Mail). While we endeavour to send your order to you as quick as possible, we are reliant on the dependability of the delivery network to deliver the item to you in the time specified. Once it leaves us and you have your dispatch email, this means that the goods are with Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to an error by the postage agent used. If your parcel does not arrive when you expect it to, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us using the Contact Us Page.


Our refund policy runs alongside your rights under Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 30 working days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied, they are faulty or they are not as described on our website, you can return them to us within 30 days of the items delivery date by first contacting us to arrange for redelivery. The goods must be returned in full, must be in original, undamaged packaging and must be in perfect condition.

If you decide you no longer want the goods you can return them for replacement or a refund but you would have to pay the cost of postage.

Failure to return any products you wish to be replaced or refunded, in full, in undamaged packaging, will result in a loss of rights for product replacement, exchange or refund. Faulty goods must also be returned in full for a refund, replacement or exchange.

Please ensure you return any items to us using a signed for service or obtain relevant certificates of posting for small items.
