    Braid on a multi.

    That makes sense, mate. You don't really need more as long as you have enough braid in the water to combat stronger tides - which is where braid excels. With enough in reserve for refills you won't have to worry about line damage to which braid is prone. Presumably you'd still use a monofilament...
