Whilst clearing out the back bedroom came across a box full of old Videos(sea fishing) at the bottom of wardrobe. Can,t even remember if i have even watched some of them lol. Got all Ed Schliffke(Rock Hopping Mad series), Henry Gilbey(Fishing on the Edge), Clean River Fishing with Tony Kirrage...

Mates brother has 2 but, 1 - 14ft 6 & 1- 13ft 6. Longer version he uses with shimano fixed spool & multi on other, always been Daiwa user over yrs.

Nothing else showing up there yet,??, no Thornies/Smuts or early Bream.

How come you went for the 14ft 6 version??.

Different mate, the ones round here used to have name of tackle shop you buy them from on front and also have local venues fishing info with about 4 other areas tides for the year.

Cheers for that Ian, wondered why couple of other shops did,nt have them either. You would think they would tell you rather than just say haven,t got any :rolleyes:

Anyone know what tackle shops in Fareham/Portsmouth areas got the Tide Tables(Yellow Book)for Portsmouth also covering Lymington/Chesil areas as went in local shop & he does not have them.

Pot Bait/Seals/Trawlers/Bass Nursery areas, funny how Pompey/Poole/Southampton areas been affected badly over the years!!.

Nothing new about the decline of Flounder fishing on South Coast but, agreed Charity money bonus.
