South East Another trip out to Bartons

Yes 2 trips in a week! Waited a few days to see, the wind go from east (ergh) to south (YESS)

Had 1 dog. 1 thornback and 1 pup hound.

The ray came after I missed a classic ray bite, next cast and the bait got hit, literally going going going like a train... Lucky I was paying attention. A really nice chunky fish which I even got up to my knees in the water to make sure it went back strongly.

Not sure which rod to keep the italcanna or yuki

Haha I do, I'll have to take them out again this weekend to see if the yuki catches as it was 3nil (and missed bite) to the italcanna

They definitely have. The sea was a great colour.... When it clears over the weekend or so I'm sure the big hounds will venture in
