[Master Caster]

Hi all , I managed a 3 hr session this afternoon, first off "THE HEAT"! Wow it was baking down here and still is now ????. Went down with the lighter gear today, 5 oz leads with 3/0 pulleys with squid strips . Loads of rattles from the off but couldn't connect. Then about an hour before high water one of the rod's done that bounce that didn't stop ? fish on .
In comes a lovely bass of around the 3-4lb mark. Target achieved. Loads of bites but nothing after that. Was a lovely day for a quickie lol. Tight lines.
