South West Busy night

Well I met up with 4 other lure guys last night on the open coast our target was bass , but no one told the mackerel to join us , we all split up and the results were different, 2 guys went about half a mile from us and only caught a small bass , one other about 200 yards from us and only caught a small bass , 2 of us stayed put and caught I dint know how many mackerel, but these were nice big chunky mackerel putting nice bends in our rods , and the highlight was a scad for me . As dark hit the mackerel was every cast . We put them all back .
