Sunday was rubbish with small bream and a couple of small hounds. Southerly wind made it very rolly poly. Wind got up to 5 so headed for home sharpish as was rising to a 6.
Monday & Tuesday were great apart from a couple of rescue missions. 3 of us fishing for bass casting with lures . 37 on Monday & 53 on Tuesday. Apart from about 9 "keepers" above 42 cm , the rest were 30 -41cm. Great sport on light rods. Used no. 3 Black Minnow ( Khaki & Blue colours ). Great fun.
Shame could not stay for today as weather perfect for a long trip out.

Nice report Coxy - well done on the Bass. 🎣🎣👍👍

Had another busy one yesterday. Out by 6.30 am & back by 1pm. Kept 2 of my 30 plus. Black Minnow no.3 Khaki did the job. Used all my spare bodies up !
Another rescue mission in by providing fuel for a small rubber dinghy with parents & 2 small kids on an ebbing tide. The extra effort against it had sucked up all their fuel. At least they all had life jackets on.
