Just seen on Facebook that Henry Gilbey has had a Heart Attack, he has posted it on his page from his hospital bed.

Just lost a few posts about him.

But i hope he thanked the staff at the hospital for saving his life before managed to carry on with his personal blog.

Hope he recovers soon.

First time I saw his selfie in a gown, I thought how fat he’d become. I read today that his paternal side suffered from heart failure. Combine those two things and doesn’t matter how much you con yourself about being active, it’s a death sentence.
I’m the same, I smoke like crazy and everyone in my family has died from cancer, even my father who was amazingly healthy died from cancer caught down the mine being exposed to radon.
