Going tonight small hook on 1 rod just a little way out whole squid on the other rod after a ray fingers crossed. It’s gonna happen soon I can feel it in my water. Want to get a ray every month thats my aim. Just hope I ain’t setting the sights too high.

Good luck with the target, I have done 10 months in a year with rays off one local beach in Kent, July and August I didn't get one , mainly because of the amount of tourists couldn't fish unless went at 2am lol because packed out with 100s of people lol

Well they never showed up last night. Only whiting on the tendering peninsula last night and I caught it so I’m well happy At least I never blanked.
