I had some rag and squid left over from my last sesh so I thought I'd give life guards a go..
Arrived two hours before high tide there was a bit of wind from the SE making the sea quite coloured and quite big and choppy so that burst the ray hopes.
Had nothing for the first two hours the rag was being stripped fairly quickly but the squid was untouched..
Then the small whiting started to hit the worms I prob had a dozen or so of those and in the last half hour I had three doggies on the squid..
Packed up early as I ran out of bait.
