Last week i dropped on the beach at north denes for 2 down 1 up.
Nice day & kept away from the roving tourists on the holiday park. Nothing except weed for the first hour & half but the tide was not pulling by this point so new squid on both rods and maximum effort on the casts.

Started to pick up a few knocks on the tips but nothing exciting. No crabs.....strange at slack water!
Another blast out after 25mins and rod 1 shock so in came smoothy, well impressed.....but this was a pin yting sized smoothy! Ok, bigger bait time now.
The tide started to build now and a few rattles and slack line, here we go....another yting/hound pup. Had another 3 of these before leaving.

Small fish but always nice to see them. Next session maybe bigger!
