South Coast Stokes Bay Tues night

Fished stokes last night 3hrs up, and loads of whitting, no matter what bait you used, high tide it went quiet so bigger hooks on pulley rigs and big baits then became a dog fest, 22.30 time to go had been quieter for last half hour.
All in busy enough and good to be out. Sea was flat, no wind.

Same as for the rest of the Solent marks I’ve fished recently……LOS,Coffee Cup,Hotwalls and Hayling

A better stamp there yes…..i don’t eat fish but defo a good eating size compared to the pins at the other marks. Sadly the congers didn’t fancy eating them tho

Close to the lifeboat station is the Old pier some big eels have come from there
