A cheeky single tide yesterday armed only with lug.
Fish a chuck from the off. Mainly bass with quite a few whiting still about and thankfully only a couple of dogfish. The bass (30-40) were mainly just undersized but as we can only keep 2 that didn't really matter. Great bites and a good little scrap and then back to grow bigger.
A few 2.5 - 3lb keepers and the best a 6lb 4oz saw us coming ashore with our bag limits and a good feed.
