Town hall steps / Otterspool

Hey guys

Its been a while. Planning on going fishing next Tuesday after some COD.
The question is ..... Town hall steps or otterspool?? will be fishing high tide using mainly black lug and mackerel

Personally I've always preferred Otterspool. Never use fish baits as they attract nuisance species just big strings of black lug on 6/0 pennels. Had cod to 11lb dropping close to the wall on the roughish stoney ground?
