Boating was permitted in the second lockdown and I can see no reason why not to use the boat in tier 4 so I shall be going out fishing later this week. The RYA advice seems to suggest that you can use the boat but not carry out maintenance.

I have a railblaza fillet table, not cheap at £60 but it is quick to mount, has a drain all round, knife storage, 3 raised sides and is a reasonable size. I can’t think of what else I would want from a bait board.
