An unusual Springtime

I think i had the last one to have Google, a P30 pro. Brilliant camera and good all round phone, well it was until I dropped it and smashed the glass, at £350 to replace the screen I decided to reluctantly let it go!

OUCH! Yep, they don't like being dropped. I spoke to somebody at Honor a few years ago and asked them if they could recommend a good case. I won't go outside the house without my phone in a case - I learnt, like you, the hard way when I dropped one some years back. Honor said try Spigen, and I've always bought a new Spigen case when I've changed my phone.

EDIT: They do a case for your S21 Ultra:

Good thinking boi. ??

Mine was in a case when I dropped it, one of the wallet type folding cases. Seems they only protect the phone, if closed when you drop it! ??

Not a fan of those folding cases. I can certainly recommend Spigen Armor ones though. I think they've got a store on Amazon too.

that last photo in post 18 worked . lovely sunset and big waves running in .

Thanks for the feedback boi. ?

Can you see all of it? If so, what type of device are you viewing it on, please?

Personally, I can only view roughly 1/3rd of it on my phone at any one time and need to pan across to view it in sections. Reminiscent of viewing a panoramic photo, though this one is definitely not one of those.

Only access TSF on my 17" Laptop at home, and that photo comes up full screen - looks fantastic.

I can see all the attachments okay if I open them up one at a time Solely. Using an iPhone 11.
Surprised you can’t just use the ‘insert picture’ option though.
Maybe Mike didn’t up the limit on that?

Excellent news, I'm glad someone can see it. ?

Still seems strange though, the poster can't see it all, while a 3rd party viewer can? ?

This gets more bizarre by the moment, as I again can see part of the pic at any one time, but they take about 40 seconds to open.

I did use the 'Insert picture' option for the sunset, but as previously stated, I have to click upon it to open it and can only see part of the pic at any one time.

Such a shame, as IMHO pics are a major part of a catch report. I like TSF and the people on here (even you Mr Fish) but its not much use if I can't use it. ?

Perhaps I wasn't clear enough - It only show as a link, but if I open the link it comes up full screen, and I can see all of the image. Plus if I click on it, it zooms in on that part of the image! ??

I never use my phone much for the Internet unless out & about and need urgent directions or somebody's phone number. It's so much easier using a laptop with a big screen.

hiya yeah I just tried all the images on post 16 too and I can open all of them fully ...nice fish!!
also post 18 i can see whole image .
using an old Samsung s6 .

iv had that slow image opening thing before where it takes 30 secs or so to slowly open the pics but no trouble today , I think that's more to do with internet connection at the time .

At the risk of sounding like someone else, sounds like an equipment issue ?
Or connection maybe ?

Thats a fair point, you could well be correct there. ?
