Artificial shrimp

My kids bought me a selection of Weston salty shrimps for my birthday. Anyone have experience of these.?? Are they best hopped along the sea bed or danced around under a bubble float . Hoping for some experience and inspiration to help

I use mine on a spinning rod,with a 1oz weight on a long trace,so it bounces off the sea bed,have caught bass using it this way,sometimes I use the shrimp on its own if its heavy enough.
