Well we went down to the beach this evening and it turned out to be a good decision, using mackerel feathers baited with frozen mackerel we had bass, coley and flounder, the flounder and one of the bass were cracking fish, the other two bass, one was a schoolie and the other was around 31/2lb, the coley were 3/4-1lb.
Once high tide passed it went very quiet.
