Hi guys . I know the reports from chesil haven't been great lately but before i travel up there friday can any one tell me if the nets just offshore are still there ? I wont bother if they are .

Before i go buy some battery acid . What about Seaton any body know if thats improved at all ?

Bloody nets, should be banned, or limited to 3 feckin miles off the shore imo.

Should be 7 miles minimum from shore.

Hi gave seaton a try myself last Friday morning from 2.30am to 7.30am (low tide 5.30am) not even a bite on fish or squid. Worms were chewed up but nothing on there. It was not a big tide and I am not a big caster. May be better this week perhaps over high?

I had a plaice,doggy n pout just over a week ago at seaton, wasnt the best at all.

Definitely a net unfortunately.

The upper channel was fishing well I heard, lots of nice cod.....tides probably too big now though unfortunately.
Reefs are slow!....few bass, odd hounds starting to show.....every tide is different though

no mate if you look close you will see the mono net being dropped out the back; but they do it every year for a few weeks then move on.
