Anybody else starting to dust their gear down and throw a few rigs together in anticipation of the 1 or 2 codling that may make an appearance over the coming weeks?

Can't beat a freezing cold sunrise with a cod nodding away on your rod.

We don’t usually get much of a cod season locally and I’ve fallen out of love with chesil a bit.

Hoping to start doing some upper BC trips in a month or so…

Good luck with your Cod ventures mate.🎣🎣

I want to believe.
But I honestly don't know if I can take another winter of disappointment.
One more codless winter could see me purchasing a bivvy and matching real tree advantage cammo rods n reels.
steady on old chap! shirleymudsucker is no name for a man with as much facial hair as you!
