Going to fish the low water tommorow at talacre. But also want a High water venue for the hi tide at 6pm any suggestions for a hi tide water mark around north Wales that's not too far from talacre that's fishing well at the moment. Any ideas appreciated tight lines

Hi Ramos, I havn't been on here for ages so missed this but I'd do Talacre down to low and up a bit then head up to Mostyn for the rest of the flood and over high water.

It's a bit tricky fishing Mostyn on the flood if you don't know the ground in front of you. Easier to fish the stretch between Flint Cobb and Bagillt as there is no big ledge to get over or get snagged on. It's a bit snaggy though close in on the Flint end. Lots of crabs about, hooks are stripped in no time

Another option is the quay for an hour either side of high. either from the quay on dock road itself or from the field upstream of the ski club ramp
