What happened to TFGear? Rod, Reels and Tackle for Sea Fishing?

Maybe because they were discounted so much, I got the rods at 50%off and the reels at 65% discount including shipping from that company that now sells fly rods and line + carp tackle down the West Country in UK.
Never had a problem with the TFGear things I have brought and still going strong after 6 years.
